The founders of Open Soccer Alliance deliberately selected the term "Alliance" to embody the spirit and vision of this organization.
OSA intends to unite likeminded clubs and leagues throughout the United States who share the desire to play soccer in an open system, in the way the game is structured in the rest of the world.
The mission of OSA shares much of the new non-profit United Soccer America's mission. USA is a partner of OSA, and its mission is to unite and grow American soccer into the nation's preeminent sport by championing the beautiful game's universal principles of sporting merit, solidarity, promotion and relegation, and subsidiarity across all 50 states.
The key principle of OSA is to keep the decision making and controlling interest with the OSA member clubs. While OSA will have its own amateur (OSA Elite Amateur) and professional (OSA Pro) leagues, it also hopes to build partnerships with existing leagues that share its values and vision — partnerships that may be customized to include affiliation incentives, training compensation, solidarity payments, and cross scheduling for regular season, tournaments, and playoffs.
United in this alliance, OSA intends to grow the sport alongside existing open-system amateur leagues — providing an affordable professional option and building a model that reflects the structure of the sport globally.

Built to go coast-to-coast.
The league began in Region 1, encompassing California and Nevada, with eight divisions of up to 14 teams each. OSA's long-term vision is to expand coast-to-coast, offering consistent competition and high-quality soccer experiences across the United States.
As expansion continues, Region 2 will encompass parts of Nevada as well as Arizona, Utah, and Idaho — the next step in OSA's coast-to-coast growth.

He previously held executive roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis, Savills, and Colliers International, overseeing multi-billion-dollar transactions and advising global clients on capital allocation.
Recognized for his strategic foresight and ability to bridge cross-cultural markets, Robert brings a dynamic leadership and management component to OSA, driving its future growth and national success.
rstamm@osa-us.comPedro Magallon has dedicated his life to growing and strengthening the soccer community in Santa Ana — from Los Amigos FC and the Santa Ana Youth Soccer Association (SAYSA) to the Jarritos Cup and vice president of the Santa Ana Soccer Association (SASA-Adults).
His impact extended into professional soccer as one of the first three owners of Santa Ana Winds FC in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), with additional roles spanning Atlante Santa Ana, general manager of Ozzy's Laguna FC, USL PDL, the Team 90 League, and La Maquina FC. Pedro's extensive experience in team management, league leadership, and event organization equips him with the expertise to drive OSA forward.

Beyond the soccer field, Jesse has built a strong professional background in the vitamin and wellness industry over seven years.
