If you are registering a player under 18 years of age, you represent that you are the player's parent, legal guardian, or an authorized team or club representative with permission to provide the requested information.

1. About OSA

OSA organizes and supports youth and amateur soccer leagues, tournaments, showcases, tryouts, special events, and related programs.

Information published on this website is provided for general informational and registration purposes. Event-specific rules, waivers, schedules, eligibility requirements, and policies may also apply to individual OSA programs.

If an event-specific rule or agreement conflicts with these Terms, the event-specific rule or agreement will control for that event.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When submitting information on behalf of a player, team, club, parent, coach, referee, volunteer, or other participant, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to submit the information.
  • You will update the information if it changes.
  • You will not impersonate another person or organization.
  • You will not use the website for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

Parents, guardians, coaches, and team administrators are responsible for ensuring that youth participant information is submitted appropriately and with any required authorization.

3. Registration and Participation

Registration does not guarantee acceptance into a league, tournament, showcase, tryout, division, or other OSA program.

OSA may review registrations for eligibility, age group, competitive placement, roster compliance, payment status, scheduling availability, facility capacity, sanctioning requirements, or other operational considerations.

OSA reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline a registration.
  • Combine, divide, rename, or restructure divisions.
  • Limit the number of participating teams.
  • Request proof of age, identity, eligibility, insurance, affiliation, or player authorization.
  • Remove an ineligible player, coach, team, spectator, or participant.
  • Make reasonable changes necessary to operate an event safely and fairly.

Each participant and team must comply with all applicable OSA rules, event rules, facility rules, governing-body requirements, and instructions from authorized event personnel.

4. Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate and current registration information, including team, coach, player, age-group, contact, and payment information.

Submitting incorrect, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information may result in delayed processing, disqualification, suspension, removal from an event, or cancellation without a refund where permitted by law.

Team administrators are responsible for reviewing submitted rosters and ensuring that all players are properly registered and eligible to participate.

5. Fees and Payments

Registration fees, event fees, referee fees, deposits, and other charges will be disclosed during registration or in the applicable event materials.

By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay all disclosed charges.

Payments may be processed by third-party registration or payment providers. OSA does not directly control those providers' systems, processing times, security practices, or terms.

You are responsible for reviewing all prices, divisions, dates, and registration details before completing payment.

6. Refunds, Credits, and Cancellations

Refund and credit eligibility may vary by league, tournament, showcase, or program. Any event-specific refund policy displayed during registration or in the event materials will apply.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, processing fees, transaction fees, administrative fees, uniforms, equipment, insurance costs, and expenses already incurred on behalf of a participant or team may be nonrefundable.

OSA may deny a refund when a participant or team:

  • Withdraws after an applicable deadline.
  • Is removed for misconduct or rule violations.
  • Submits inaccurate or ineligible registration information.
  • Fails to attend a scheduled match or event.
  • Is unable to participate for reasons outside OSA's reasonable control.

If OSA cancels an entire event, OSA will communicate the available refund, credit, rescheduling, or other remedy, taking into account expenses already incurred and the applicable event policy.

Weather delays, field closures, air-quality conditions, governmental restrictions, emergencies, acts of nature, or other circumstances outside OSA's reasonable control may require schedule changes, relocation, postponement, shortened matches, format changes, or cancellation.

7. Schedules and Event Changes

Schedules, venues, divisions, opponents, match times, formats, rules, and event details are subject to change.

OSA will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through its website, registration platform, email, text message, social media, or team contacts. Participants and team administrators are responsible for checking official communications and confirming current event information.

OSA is not responsible for missed communications caused by incorrect contact information, email filters, device settings, third-party platform issues, or a participant's failure to review updates.

8. Participant Conduct

All players, coaches, parents, guardians, spectators, referees, volunteers, and team representatives are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Threats, harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
  • Fighting, physical intimidation, or abusive behavior.
  • Verbal abuse of players, referees, staff, or spectators.
  • Deliberate property damage.
  • Fraudulent documents, rosters, or player credentials.
  • Unauthorized entry onto fields or restricted areas.
  • Possession or use of illegal substances.
  • Any conduct that threatens safety or disrupts an event.

OSA may warn, suspend, remove, disqualify, or ban any individual or team whose conduct violates these Terms, event rules, facility policies, or applicable law.

9. Player Safety and Medical Responsibility

Soccer and related athletic activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury.

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to participate. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for making this determination for minor participants.

OSA does not provide medical advice. Participants should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding injuries, medical conditions, return-to-play decisions, or fitness for participation.

In an emergency, OSA personnel or event representatives may contact emergency services or assist in obtaining medical attention. Participants and their families remain responsible for medical decisions, treatment costs, insurance coverage, and related expenses.

Additional participation waivers, medical authorizations, concussion acknowledgments, or assumption-of-risk agreements may be required for specific programs.

10. Photography, Video, and Event Media

OSA events may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented for promotional, educational, historical, reporting, broadcasting, or marketing purposes.

Photographs and recordings may appear on OSA websites, social-media accounts, advertisements, news articles, printed materials, broadcasts, livestreams, and promotional campaigns.

Any specific media consent, release, or opt-out procedure provided during registration will govern media use for that program. Questions or concerns regarding event media should be submitted to OSA before participation whenever possible.

Participants may not use photography, video, drones, livestreaming equipment, or recording devices in a manner that interferes with event operations, violates facility rules, compromises participant safety, or infringes the privacy or rights of others.

11. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, schedules, documents, and other materials — are owned by or licensed to OSA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and download materials for personal, noncommercial, soccer-related use. You may not, without written permission:

  • Reproduce or republish substantial portions of the website.
  • Modify or remove ownership notices.
  • Sell, license, or commercially exploit OSA content.
