Adult League Recruiter Commission Plan

  • New Team: Recruiters will earn 7.5% of league dues for each new adult team they successfully recruit.
  • First Retention (Following Season): Recruiters will receive 5% of league dues for each team that returns for a second season.
  • Second Retention (Third Season and thereafter): Recruiters will receive 2.5% of league dues for each team that returns for a third season and was originally recruited by them. The 2.5% will be paid as long teams keeps signing up for following seasons and the recruiter is still working with OSA. 

Payment Terms: Commissions are paid in accordance with each team’s payment plan (i.e., as payments are received by OSA). Commission is triggered only when the agreed minimum number of teams for the league/event is met.

Youth League Recruiter Commission Plan

  • First Season: $50 per new youth team recruited.
  • Retention (Following Seasons): $25 per returning youth team.

Payment Terms: Commissions follow the same payment schedule as team dues. Commission payments are only initiated once agreed minimum event thresholds are achieved.

Tournament Recruiter Commission Plan

  • New Team: $50 commission per team recruited for tournaments.
  • Retention Bonus:  $25 commission per returning tournament team will be paid to the original recruiter(s).

Payment Terms: Distribution of commissions will be based on pre-agreed internal splits, considering: Role, Seniority, Number of teams recruited by each recruiter. Commission is triggered once the tournament’s minimum team requirement is met. Payouts are made according to the tournament payment schedule for each team.

General Terms:

  • All commissions are based on net dues received, excluding discounts, refunds, or non-payments.
  • Recruiters are responsible for tracking and submitting their recruited teams with proper documentation.
  • All commission payments are subject to review and approval by OSA administration.
  • Commission agreements must be documented in writing and approved prior to each season or event.
  • OSA reserves the right to amend or terminate this commission plan with 30 days written notice.

Sample Recruitment Plan (Adult League)

YEAR 1
Summer Season: 10 NEW teams
Summer Commission: $4,500

Winter Season: 20 NEW teams ($9,000) + 10 Summer Season Teams RETAINED ($3,000)
Winter Commission: $12,000

YEAR 1 Total: $16,500

YEAR 2
Summer Season: 30 NEW teams
Summer Commission: $13,500

Year 1 Winter Retention: 20 teams ($6,000) + Year 1 Summer Retention ($1,500)
Winter Commission: $21,000


Winter Season: 40 NEW teams
Summer Commission: $18,000

Year 2 Summer Retention: 30 teams ($9,000) + Year 2 Summer Retention ($3,000)
Winter Commission: $21,000

YEAR 2 Total: $16,500
