Open Soccer Alliance (OSA) has announced a significant leadership change. Having recently severed ties with Michael Collins, OSA has now appointed Pedro Magallon as the new League President. This decision marks a pivotal moment for the organization as it looks to strengthen its operations and continue its commitment to fostering close relationships and competitive soccer across the region.
Pedro Magallon brings a wealth of experience in soccer management and community engagement to his new role. As League President, he will oversee OSA’s club relationship management, recruitment, retention, and regional league operations. His appointment signals a renewed focus on collaboration and growth within the organization.
“I am honored to step into this role and look forward to working closely with our clubs, players, and stakeholders to elevate the soccer experience across all levels,” said Pedro Magallon. “OSA has a strong foundation, and I am excited to build on that momentum to foster a thriving soccer community.”
In his new capacity, Pedro will also collaborate closely with Ron Gilmore, who plays a critical role as the league’s national operations manager. Together, they aim to create a seamless and competitive experience for players, coaches, and fans.
“We are confident that Pedro’s experience and leadership will guide OSA into a new era of growth and success,” said CEO Robert Stamm. “His collaborative approach and dedication to soccer development align perfectly with our mission.”
Open Soccer Alliance remains committed to providing high-quality soccer experiences and opportunities for all participants. With Pedro Magallon at the helm, the organization is well-positioned to expand its reach and strengthen its relationships with member clubs and regional partners.
OSA encourages all stakeholders to join in welcoming Pedro Magallon to his new role and looks forward to continued growth and success on and off the field.
