For Players: A Pathway to the Pros
OSA provides players with a direct line to decision-makers. Through organized events, showcases, and digital profiles, players are able to get seen by scouts and coaches who matter, not just at the professional level, but across college, semi-pro, and international markets. Every athlete gets a chance to shine, regardless of where they’re from or who they know.
For Scouts: Access to the Top Talent Pool in the Country
Scouts know the hardest part isn’t watching talent—it’s finding it. OSA simplifies that. With access to curated scouting events and verified player data, OSA saves scouts time while expanding their reach. Whether you’re scouting for a college program or a professional club, OSA offers the tools and network you need.
The OSA Experience
During the 2025 Union Cup Mother’s Day Tournament, OSA hosted six talent scouts—four from Liga MX teams Club Tijuana, Atlético San Luis, Pumas UNAM, and Puebla, as well as local MLS Club LAFC and player representation services HIJAR.
Throughout the weekend, these scouts watched players and connected with them to finalize an opportunity for players to visit their club for further trials. Among the standouts were players Marcos Chavez and Jair Arellano, both from La Esperanza FC.
Scouts also spoke to OSA about what they look for when it comes to players. Aside from talent on the field, they looked for off-the-field behavior to further their scouting.

The Bottom Line
As soccer in North America continues to grow, platforms like OSA are reshaping the future. It’s not just about finding the next star — it’s about creating a fair, efficient system that empowers everyone involved.
